Many of us have tried to stop smoking at some point in our lives, but we failed and we continued to smoke until our bodies health has deteriorated.  After trying several times with no success, we always find reasons not to continue.  We told ourselves that we don’t have enough will or that it’s not the right time now to stop smoking.  In many ways, smoking is an addiction, and like other addictions there are ways and treatments to cure it.  Here are 10 easy ways to stop smoking

1. Nicotine patches prove to be very effective.   A nicotine patch is designed to replace the nicotine dose that our organs demand after going through our daily smoking routines.

2. Hypnosis has  became a very popular way to get rid of the smoking habit. This method has proven efficient, but very expensive. A good way to try it is to find an expert or a good hypnosis book if you want to save money while kicking the habit.

3. Will is the most efficient method and also the most difficult one. In the first 3 weeks, when the nicotine needs are strongest.  The most important thing is not to allow yourself not even a single cigarette.   This is extremely difficult, but if you can get through it, I guarantee you will stop smoking for good and you can do anything else you want to accomplish in life with ease.

10.Eat healthy.  The ones who stop smoking complain that they gain fat.  You don’t have to worry about that , just to be careful what you eat.  Fruits, cereals, vegetables and food low on sugar are very good for a healthy nutrition and a healthy body.
